Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Access Operator to support the operational management of the area by administering user access and accounts, ensuring compliance with security controls. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage user account creation, deactivation, and modifications. 2. Administer access rights and user profiles, applying security policies. 3. Support area projects and maintain documentation. We are seeking an IT Access Operator. Objective: Support the area’s operational management through administration of user access and accounts (creation, deactivation, and modifications), ensuring compliance with controls, audits, and security best practices, as well as providing support to internal users for operational-related requests. Responsibilities: * Process requests for user account creation, deactivation, and modifications (CDM). * Administer access rights and user profiles, ensuring compliance with security policies. * Implement and execute operational procedures defined by the area. * Report controls associated with CDM process audits and certifications. * Address inquiries and requests from internal users related to access and operational support. * Manage tickets via incident and request management tools. * Support execution of area projects, ensuring operational continuity. * Maintain documentation and traceability of performed activities. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support roles, advanced help desk, or functional/technical support. * Experience in managing user access rights and profiles. * Proficiency in incident and request management tools. * Knowledge of databases (SQL at query/analysis level). * General knowledge of IT architecture (layers, integrations, services, workflows). * Experience or participation in projects. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Desired: Knowledge of access control and security best practices.
