Support and handle account creation, deletion, and modification (CDM) requests submitted by internal users. Apply operational procedures, report audit controls and certifications related to the CDM process. Provide user assistance regarding inquiries, support, or any other tasks related to the area’s core operations. REQUIREMENTS * Semi-senior experience in IT support, application support, advanced help desk, or functional/technical support roles. * Experience working with incident and request management tools. * User access and profile management (ideally following best practices for control and security). * Database knowledge (SQL at query/analysis level). * General knowledge of IT architecture (layers, integrations, services, workflows). * Knowledge of or participation in projects (required) * Advanced Excel * Minimum 2 years of experience **We Offer:** Fixed-term contract, hybrid work modality.
