We invest in your training to position you as a future Lead Operator! **Key Responsibilities:** * Directly support operational tasks of the Flexography or Gravure Machine Operator/Machinist. * Review technical folders to add new tasks to machine scheduling. * Change anilox rollers, materials, and inks. * Request materials from warehouse to set up machines. * Take developmental measurements. * Use a spectrophotometer camera. * Other duties related to the position. Work Schedule: Availability to work rotating shifts.
