We consider inclusion and diversity fundamental to meeting present and future challenges.*** Apply now and join ARAUCO’s Mechanized Internal Development Project, for which we are seeking high school graduates (Scientific-Humanistic Track, 4th year), Medium-Level Technicians, or Professional Technicians with experience operating an **excavator** on mechanized strips, to participate and perform duties on **rotating shifts as a Forestry Development Machinery Operator in the Arauco Zone.** We seek individuals committed to their work, highly motivated, with strong learning capacity and autonomy. **Job Objective:** To carry out waste sorting and/or soil preparation operations in order to prepare the land adequately for the establishment’s core activities (planting, fertilization, weed control), incorporating planning into execution while ensuring safety and sustainability. **Requirements:** * High School Diploma, Medium-Level Technician, or Professional Technician qualification * Class B and D driver’s license (mandatory) * One year of experience as a forestry excavator operator; experience on mechanized strips is desirable * Availability to work rotating shifts (7x7) * Willingness to relocate to other zones * Fixed-term contract for three months, followed by indefinite term (subject to performance). ***At ARAUCO, we work daily to develop renewable forest products that improve people’s lives—a challenge that drives us to build committed, enthusiastic, and creative teams.
