




Job Summary: Stationary Source Operator responsible for inspecting, sampling, and controlling units to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of control units, probes, and sampling equipment for stationary sources. 2. Regulatory compliance (SMA) and internal procedures (INN). 3. Inspection and verification of equipment before, during, and after testing. Environmental Services and Projects requires a Stationary Source Operator for the Second Region, responsible for operating control units, probes, and sampling equipment for stationary source units. **MAIN FUNCTIONS.** \- Provide full coverage of all inspection-related tasks, ensuring compliance with both regulatory requirements (SMA) and internal OI procedures (INN) before and during measurement and sampling. \- Complete records defined in procedures that form part of the inspection process. \- Notify and submit equipment to the Maintenance and Calibration Laboratory in case of failures or scheduled maintenance. \- Verify equipment before, during, and after testing according to specifications outlined in procedures. \- Conduct preliminary field visits to inspect technical and safety conditions of sources to be inspected. \- Fully comply with client-established regulations at their facilities. **EDUCATION** \- Technical Industrial Secondary Education preferred; e.g., chemistry, electricity, instrumentation, mechanics, metallurgy—either as a technician or assistant. **EXPERIENCE** \- Prior experience as a sampler (water, soil, or air) is ideal. **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT** \- Valid and up-to-date driver’s license. \- Residence in Antofagasta.
