The incumbent will be responsible for supervising operational activities in the field, coordinating personnel and drivers, verifying compliance with procedures and safety standards, ensuring proper service delivery, and maintaining continuous communication with management and clients. Key responsibilities include vehicle and equipment tracking, coordination of operational and maintenance requirements, documentation control, reporting of incidents and anomalies, and ensuring adherence to instructions established for each service. We seek a candidate with leadership skills, strong organizational ability, sound judgment for decision-making, responsibility, and a safety-oriented mindset—ideally with experience in transportation, logistics, mining, heavy machinery, or operational supervision.
