Operational Support and Response During the Evening Shift * Continuously monitor facilities during the evening shift to detect abnormal situations, emergencies, or security incidents. * Provide operational support to receptionists, evening-shift personnel, maintenance staff, or vendors on security-related matters. * Promptly respond to and escalate security incidents, emergencies, or requests, reporting to the Coordinator or relevant supervisor. * Conduct preventive control rounds across facilities according to defined guidelines and schedules. * Control access for individuals, visitors, and vendors outside regular hours, in accordance with established procedures. B. Operation of Security Systems * Operate electronic security technology platforms (CCTV, access control, alarms, lighting, or other systems). * Monitor cameras and control systems to detect risks, incidents, or non-compliance with security standards. * Report system failures, technical incidents, or maintenance requirements for security systems. C. Management of Objects and Assets * Assist in receiving, registering, safeguarding, and returning lost or misplaced items, ensuring control and traceability. * Manage, as instructed, the temporary safekeeping of laptops, electronic devices, or other assets not adequately secured at the end of the workday. D. Support in Procedures and Reporting * Implement emergency procedures in response to risk situations, incidents, or crises during the evening shift. * Record and report security incidents, clearly and promptly documenting events that occur. * Support, when required, basic review of CCTV logs or footage following the Coordinator’s instructions. **Position Requirements** Academic Qualifications * Completed secondary education. * Technical training in Security or a valid OS10 course is desirable. Experience * Three years of experience in operational security functions is desirable. * Experience as a security guard, monitoring operator, or similar roles. Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms). * Knowledge of emergency and physical security protocols. * Ability to record information and prepare simple incident reports.
