




Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to implement comprehensive maintenance plans for mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring operational readiness under standards of excellence, quality, and safety. At Grupo JCS, a leading company in industrial, forestry, and hazardous cargo transportation, we are looking for an Electromechanical Technician to join our team at the Arauco fleet maintenance workshop in the Biobío Region. This key role is responsible for implementing comprehensive maintenance plans for mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring operational readiness under standards of excellence, quality, and safety. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Perform diagnostics and resolve equipment failures. * Timely request replenishment of materials and spare parts. * Participate in on-site repairs and support workshop operations according to operational needs. * Maintain order and proper care of tools and facilities. * Generate activity records on information platforms. * Collaborate in training activities and promotion of organizational culture. **Position Requirements:** * Technical or professional education in Electromechanics, Automotive Mechanics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience in truck maintenance tasks. * Knowledge of electronic systems and electromechanics of heavy machinery. * Residence no farther than 30 km from the base. Employment Conditions: * Location: Arauco, Biobío Region. * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 \- 18:00 (1-hour lunch break), and Saturday, 09:00 \- 13:00. * Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 1 month, renewable for 3 months fixed-term, then indefinite subject to evaluation.
