The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution, monitoring, and improvement of the area’s operational processes, contributing to production control, information quality, supplier management, and continuous process optimization through data analysis, KPI generation, and coordination across various organizational departments. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the production process and track project progress. * Coordinate and manage supplier relationships, controlling costs, deadlines, and service levels. * Oversee budgets, purchases, and expenses related to production and logistics. * Create, update, and maintain products and their information in corporate systems. * Develop and analyze operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities. * Participate in automation, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives. * Coordinate activities with Editorial, Commercial, Logistics, Administration, Marketing, and Accounting departments. * Manage communications with printing houses, logistics operators, customs, and international subsidiaries. * Track imports, production timelines, and deliveries. * Generate operational reports to support decision-making. **We Offer** * Discounts on our extensive editorial catalog * Job location: Providencia, Región Metropolitana * On-site work format **Required Profile** * Technical or university degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in production or logistics. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and English. * Customer-oriented mindset. * Passion for reading.
