Offering an authentic Nikkei culinary experience at Matsuri, Italian flavors at Senso, light snacks and beverages at Atrium Lobby Lounge. **About the Role** Mandarin Oriental, Santiago is seeking a Deputy Security Manager for its Security Department who will be responsible for the overall safety and security of the hotel. **Organizational Structure** The Deputy Security Manager will report directly to the Security Manager. Functional positions including Security Officers and Security Supervisor will report to the Deputy Security Manager. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Customer service. * Emergency response (as part of the Emergency Response Team). * Responsible for assisting the Security Director with departmental security operations, standards, and procedures. * Follow MOHG security standards. * Conduct security-related training and drills according to MOHG standards. * Responsible for lost and found procedures and custody of valuables. * Accident investigation. * Ensure the hotel complies with state and government laws related to safety and security. • Responsible for custody, inventory, and distribution of lost and found valuables • Conduct security and safety training for department and hotel staff. * Ensure appropriate safety materials are provided during orientation for new colleagues. * Maintain control over master keys and meeting room keys. * Attend hotel meetings. * Ensure additional security coverage is provided when requested. * Responsible for properly managing first aid supplies throughout the hotel. * Monitor and record any incidents related to the hotel's Human Security System. * Ensure ongoing training for the security department and general staff. * Conduct four annual fire drills for hotel staff. * Planning. * Train and counsel colleagues as necessary, following the Colleague Manual. * Manage security supplies. * Supervise all aspects of FLHSS guidelines. **Our Commitment to You** * Supplementary insurance. * Free meals at the colleague restaurant. * Uniform laundry service. * Colleague recognition and reward program. * Learning and Development program. * Wellness and social events programs. * Various discounts available within the property. **We're Fans.
