We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong attention to detail to join us as a **Cutting and Bending Operator**, serving as a key contributor to ensure our workshop’s operational management matches the excellence of our technical projects. **What Are We Looking For?** * **Education:** Technical secondary or higher education in Metal Structures, Industrial Mechanics, or a related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in similar roles, preferably within industrial companies or workshops. * **Knowledge:** Ability to read and interpret technical design drawings; verify measurements in manufacturing documents; perform dimensional control under minimal tolerances. * **Technical Skills:** Operation and parameter adjustment of cutting and bending machine controllers; safe tooling changes (punches, dies, blades); use of manual finishing tools (grinders, polishers, etc.). * **Soft Skills:** Quality orientation, ability to work effectively in teams, responsibility, and strong commitment to industrial safety standards. **Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:** * **Operation and Configuration:** Prepare raw materials according to the production plan, ensuring they are defect-free. Configure machine controller parameters, safely change tooling, and provide ongoing support to assemblers and welders through grinding, polishing, deburring, and edge beveling of processed parts. * **Quality Control:** Conduct detailed inspections to ensure finished products meet minimum manufacturing tolerances before releasing them to the next stage, guaranteeing that Work Orders are completed strictly on time and to required quality and volume standards. * **Logistics and Traceability:** Properly sort, identify, and store raw material remnants after cutting, ensuring visible markings indicating thickness and material type. Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing profiles and sheets in storage areas using authorized lifting equipment. * **Maintenance, Order, and Safety:** Strictly follow daily inspection, cleaning, and lubrication guidelines for assigned machinery, promptly reporting any anomalies. Maintain order, cleanliness, and fully clear traffic pathways both at your primary workstation and in shared workshop areas where you provide support.
