Preparation of reports and analysis of reports Brinks, a cash-in-transit company, requires a professional with experience in Call Center\-Help Desk to fill the position of Monitoring Equipment Operator, who will be responsible for providing telephone-based support for equipment installed at our clients’ premises, aiming to resolve potential failures and client requests. Main responsibilities include: * Verify and detect, within the company’s systems, the process for managing product failures and services, performing activation, tracking, and execution, while informing and managing internal and external clients. * Register mass and special maintenance services for our clients. * Prepare reports on equipment failures resolved through technical support. * Conduct monthly report analyses. Work Conditions: On-site work, Huechuraba commune Requirements: * Completed secondary education or technical/professional qualification. * 1 year of experience in Call Center or customer service. * Proficiency in Office applications. * Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts (5x2\) (6x1\).
