Ongoing training in safety, quality, and environmental management At **Buses Hualpén**, we are seeking a **Bus Traffic Controller** to join our operations in the city of **Antofagasta**, supporting the proper coordination, supervision, and control of employee transportation services, ensuring contractual compliance, operational continuity, and the safety and quality standards defined by the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the **coordination, planning, and control** of employee transportation services. * Monitor the **bus fleet** in real time, reporting deviations, delays, or operational incidents. * Manage and channel operational requests, ensuring compliance with **current contracts**. * Maintain up-to-date **operational records**, controls, and service-related reports. * Promptly inform supervisors of **incidents, contingencies, or relevant events** occurring during operations. * Support administrative tasks related to traffic control and fleet management. **Requirements** * Technical degree at the higher education level in **Logistics, Administration, Transportation**, or a related field. * Minimum **1–2 years** of experience in similar roles (traffic control, non-optical operator, dispatch, or fleet coordination). * Basic/intermediate user-level proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Knowledge of **employee transportation operations** and fleet control is desirable. * Availability to work **shifts** (as required by operations). **Conditions** * Join a national leader in transportation services. * Job stability and internal development opportunities. * Corporate benefits. * Ongoing training in **Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management** standards. **This job offer is governed by Law No. 21\.015, which promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities in the labor market.**
