Job Summary: A prominent sterilization company is seeking Technical Nursing Staff (TENS) to perform sterilization processes for medical-surgical instruments using steam autoclaves and ethylene oxide. Pleasant working environment A leading medical instrument sterilization company with 20 years of industry experience and a pioneer in its management system is seeking TENS with experience operating AUTOCLAVES (with SEREMI registration for autoclave operation) for its central facilities located in Santiago. The incumbent must carry out the sterilization process for medical\-surgical materials using steam autoclave and ethylene oxide methods, strictly adhering to procedures and standards established in the company's Procedures Manual—both in operating sterilization equipment and controlling the sterilization process, as well as completing full, legible, and orderly records in the designated forms or templates. Requirements: Education: TENS—Higher-Level Nursing Technician. SIS Registration (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 1 year in the position. IAAS course (desirable). Autoclave Operator course and certification (SEREMI registration). Courses relevant to the candidate’s area of expertise (non-mandatory). Specialization in surgical instrumentation (non-mandatory).
