**Responsibilities**: * Adhere to work schedules established by building management, performing general repair and maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment. * Perform painting tasks in apartments and common areas as needed. * Carry out preventive, corrective maintenance, and replacement of lighting fixtures. * Maintain tools in optimal condition and keep their inventory up to date. * Use supplies and materials responsibly for required building repairs. * Transport tools, equipment, furniture, and other items as necessary. * Purchase materials required for the building. * Perform plumbing tasks as needed. * Perform masonry tasks as required in the building. * Comply with building regulations regarding internal procedures and safety and risk prevention standards. * Perform any additional tasks directly or indirectly related to their duties or assigned by their immediate supervisor. **Experience and Education**: * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge in plumbing, masonry, painting, and electricity. * Ability to manage resources responsibly. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
