We are looking to add a Maintenance Technician to our team, responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance in corporate buildings, including basic electricity, plumbing, masonry, painting, and other minor repairs. Main responsibilities: \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on general facilities. \- Assist with painting, masonry, plumbing, and basic electrical work. \- Comply with safety regulations and internal procedures. Requirements: \- Technical training or proven experience in general maintenance. \- Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and painting. \- Availability for fieldwork. \- SEC license not required.
