Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to perform repairs and general maintenance of facilities and equipment, including painting, plumbing, and masonry. Key Highlights: 1. Perform diverse maintenance and repair tasks. **Responsibilities**: * Carry out scheduled maintenance and repair tasks assigned by the building management, covering general maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment. * Perform painting work in apartments and common areas as required. * Conduct preventive, corrective, and replacement maintenance of lighting fixtures. * Maintain tools in optimal condition and keep the tool inventory updated. * Use supplies and general equipment responsibly for required building repairs. * Transport tools, equipment, furniture, and other items. * Procure materials required for the building. * Perform plumbing work as required. * Perform masonry work as required in the building. * Comply with building regulations regarding internal procedures and safety and risk prevention standards. * Perform any additional tasks directly or indirectly related to their duties or assigned by their immediate supervisor. **Experience and Education:** * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of plumbing, masonry, painting, and electricity. * Ability to manage resources responsibly. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
