




Job Summary: Responsible for performing repairs and general maintenance, including painting, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work, on facilities and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment. 2. Maintains inventory of tools and uses supplies responsibly. 3. Complies with safety regulations and internal building procedures. **Responsibilities**: * Adhere to work schedules established by building management, carrying out repair and general maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment. * Perform painting work in departments and common areas as required. * Carry out preventive, corrective, and replacement maintenance of lighting fixtures. * Keep work tools in optimal condition and maintain an up-to-date inventory of such tools. * Use supplies and general equipment responsibly for required repairs within the building. * Transport tools, equipment, furniture, and other items as needed. * Procure materials required for the building. * Perform required plumbing work. * Perform required masonry work. * Comply with building regulations regarding internal procedures and adherence to safety and risk prevention standards. * Perform any additional tasks directly or indirectly related to assigned duties or as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Experience and Education:** * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of plumbing, masonry, painting, and electrical work. * Ability to manage resources responsibly. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
