Job stability and growth opportunities At Comtec Global, we are seeking a Technical Representative – Laboratory focused on repair, activation, and maintenance of printers, both in laboratory and field environments, while also providing technical support to IT. The purpose of this position is to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, meeting high standards of quality and operational efficiency. Main Responsibilities \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on printers. \- Repair, refurbish, and activate printing equipment. \- Configure printers and manage users. \- Train users on the correct use of equipment. \- Activate new machines in the field. \- Maintain aesthetic and functional quality standards of equipment. \- Continuously train on new technologies and printer models.
