**Job Description**
**Position Summary:** Leads shift-based laboratory work teams, planning work according to technical and safety protocols, with the ability to assess deviations and make decisions that ensure information quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead work teams: Chemists, Samplers, Drivers, and Laboratory Assistants.
* Plan and schedule work applying technical and safety protocols.
* Enter data into laboratory software.
* Monitor adherence to response time requirements.
* Assess technical, operational, or quality deviations and make decisions that ensure information quality during the shift.
* Manage safety, quality, and environmental aspects across all activities within the area.
**Requirements**
* Required Education: University-level professional degree (e.g., Bachelor of Chemistry, Chemist, Laboratory Chemist, Professional Chemist, or related field) or higher-level technical qualification.
* Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar positions.
