Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects **and being responsible for:** * Managing operational staff (REPS) through strategic task assignment, attendance monitoring, and continuous feedback—fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company standards. * Planning and coordinating unloading, sorting, and dispatch processes, adjusting staffing levels in real time to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery—even during peak demand periods. * Monitoring productivity, quality, and safety KPIs, implementing recovery plans when deviations occur, and reporting management results (plan vs. actual) to the coordination line. * Ensuring compliance with safety regulations (PPE/5S) and quality standards, leading root cause analysis (RCA) to optimize processes and jointly resolve incidents with support areas. **Requirements:** * Hold a professional degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields, demonstrating advanced Excel proficiency (KPIs) and operational management tools. * Proven experience managing and leading teams of over 30 people in high-demand, high-volume, fast-paced environments. * Solid knowledge of Supply Chain and practical application of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S). * Promote a proactive culture focused on safety, process quality, and fully aligned with Mercado Libre’s cultural DNA. * Full availability to work the PM shift, Monday through Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. **We Offer:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company that loves thinking big and planning long-term. * Being the protagonist of your own development in an environment rich in opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaborating and learning alongside top professionals and specialists. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything needed for an outstanding experience. :)
