We are currently seeking an **Accounting Analyst** to join our Administration and Finance Management team. **What will you do?** * Accounts Payable Management: Record, monitor, and analyze supplier account aging, invoices, general expenses, and expense reports, ensuring proper allocation by cost center. * Tax Compliance and Reconciliation (SII): Perform monthly reconciliation between accounting records and the Internal Revenue Service (SII) system (accepted/rejected invoices, credit notes) and issue monthly sales ledger closings per current regulations. * COMEX Process Control: Track, review documentation, cost, and reconcile payment processes related to foreign trade. * Audit and Supplier Management: Maintain updated supplier master data, conduct internal audit procedures, and manage organized backup of all accounting documentation. * Support and Problem Resolution: Address inquiries from internal departments and resolve discrepancies with suppliers regarding invoices, credit notes, and shipping guides. **Requirements to Apply:** * Professional degree in Accounting and Auditing or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles; preferably in accounts receivable and supplier management. * Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Tax Accounting, and current legal regulations. * Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar; SAP Business One preferred). * Intermediate-to-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas and pivot tables). **What We Offer:** * Complementary health insurance. * Gym facilities at our premises. * Banking agreements. * Year-end bonuses. * Other benefits. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00–16:30; Friday: 7:00–14:20 At Fastpack, we value diversity and inclusion.
