Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for the QUILICURA commune, responsible for cold kitchen duties or support in hot kitchen operations and verification of raw materials. Main responsibilities include managing the cold kitchen (salads) or providing support in the hot kitchen (side dishes), or other tasks as assigned; verifying the availability of raw materials according to the production sheet; preparing items under one's responsibility while adhering to portion sizes, sanitation techniques, cutting, cooking, portioning, and service standards.
