At ISS, we are looking to integrate into the food service team a Kitchen Assistant in the commune of QUILICURA. Regarding their main responsibilities, they will be in charge of cold kitchen (salads) or support in hot kitchen (side dishes), or other tasks as assigned. They must verify the availability of raw materials according to the production sheet and prepare dishes under their responsibility, considering portion sizes, sanitation techniques, cutting, cooking, portioning, and service.
