Key responsibilities: Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and established procedures. Support production line activities: assembly, plating, and food packaging. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, complying with hygiene and food safety regulations. Handle food following HACCP or GMP protocols. Monitor ingredients: expiration dates, labeling, and storage. Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets. Assist with general tasks: washing utensils, cold rooms, and restocking.
