Requirements: 1 year of experience (without formal gastronomy education) OR no experience but holding a gastronomy degree (mandatory). Responsibilities: Performing mise\-en\-place; inspecting and reporting product stock levels to supervisors; controlling waste and raw materials; organizing merchandise; restocking items; cleaning kitchen areas; plating dishes and delivering supplies; cooking hot items; preparing cold and hot dishes; cleaning kitchen equipment; delivering finished dishes; managing labeling and FIFO procedures. Work schedule: 4x3 shift system, 07:00–15:30, 15:00–22:00, 22:00–06:30\. Compensation: CLP $500,000 net.
