Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant with experience in pastry and cold/hot kitchen to join our food service team, taking responsibility for food preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility in pastry and food preparation 2. Job stability We are looking to integrate a Kitchen Assistant into our food service team in the commune of LAMPA. Main responsibilities include assuming responsibility for pastry or other assigned tasks; verifying the availability of raw materials according to the production sheet; preparing items under their responsibility while adhering to portion sizes, sanitation techniques, cutting, cooking, portioning, and service.
