Project Coordinator
**Location:** Santiago, Chile
**Employment Type:** Full\-Time
**Salary:** **CLP $1,300,000 \- $1,900,000 gross per month**, depending on experience and qualifications
About the Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented **Project Coordinator** to support the successful planning and execution of projects in Chile.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate day\-to\-day project activities and administrative requirements.
* Maintain project schedules, timelines, documentation, and action plans.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow\-up actions.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
* Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* Assist with purchase orders, invoices, procurement, and project expenses.
* Maintain project files, reports, drawings, contracts, and other documentation.
* Identify schedule delays, risks, and outstanding actions and escalate issues when required.
* Support project managers with budgeting, reporting, and resource coordination.
* Ensure project activities comply with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
* Assist with project close\-out and preparation of final documentation.
Requirements
* Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Construction, or a related field.
* **2\+ years of experience** in project coordination, administration, operations, or a related role.
* Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Experience with project\-management software is an advantage.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
* **Spanish proficiency required.**
* English proficiency is an advantage.
