We are seeking a **Supervisor**, who will be responsible for coordinating maintenance work on overhead cranes, lifting, and/or hoisting equipment, ensuring proper execution and compliance with technical, safety, and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and verify preventive and corrective maintenance work on lifting equipment. * Assess the condition and operational status of critical equipment and components. * Coordinate inspections and maintenance activities according to the established schedule. * Ensure safe working conditions during task execution. * Supervise technical staff and adherence to procedures. * Manage and report anomalies to the Contract Administrator. * Coordinate corrective and preventive actions. * Comply with and enforce safety, quality, and internal procedural standards. * Maintain confidentiality regarding client operations and information. * Maintain independence and objectivity in performing duties. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Higher Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * **Experience:** Mandatory 3 years of experience as a supervisor in industrial maintenance and supervision, preferably involving overhead cranes, lifting equipment, or similar. * **Skills:** Leadership, planning, assertive communication, problem-solving, proactivity, and safety orientation. **Work Schedule:** 7x7 shift.
