Job Description We are seeking a **Shift and Staff Rotation Coordinator** to plan and manage workers’ work schedules, shifts, and rotations, ensuring operational coverage, service continuity, and compliance with current Chilean labor regulations. Key Responsibilities * Develop and administer staff **shifts, work schedules, and rotation systems**. * Coordinate coverage, replacements, leaves of absence, vacations, and absences. * Monitor attendance, hours worked, and adherence to scheduled work hours. * Maintain up-to-date personnel planning records and systems. * Coordinate with Operations, Human Resources, and area supervisors. * Monitor staffing levels and personnel requirements based on operational needs. * Prepare reports on shifts, attendance, overtime hours, and rotations. * Identify scheduling conflicts and implement timely solutions. * Support the proper implementation of internal policies and Chilean labor regulations. * Maintain effective communication with workers and management. Requirements * Technical or professional degree in **Administration, Human Resources, Administrative Engineering, Logistics**, or a related field. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Experience with **ERP systems, attendance control systems, or shift management platforms** is desirable. * Knowledge of **work schedules, overtime hours, vacations, and Chilean labor regulations**. * Experience in operations involving **shift-based systems and large teams** is desirable. * Willingness to work on-site and/or during flexible hours according to operational needs. * Organizational skills, planning ability, effective communication, and problem-solving capability.
