Develop strategic relationships with customers and industry associations. **Job Description** ---------------------- At Compraquí, we are seeking our next MiPyme Segment Key Account Manager, who will be responsible for designing and driving the comprehensive strategy to address this segment, connecting real merchant needs with value-added solutions. You will play a key role in business growth, leading initiatives that enhance acquisition, adoption, and usage of payment methods, working closely with customers, industry associations, and internal teams. What will be your challenge? Design, lead, and implement the MiPyme segmentation strategy at Compraquí. Deeply understand the commercial and technical needs of the segment in the field. Analyze merchant behavior to generate actions that drive their growth and development. Promote the use of payment methods through attractive and sustainable value propositions. Develop strategic relationships with customers, industry associations, and key stakeholders. Main Responsibilities Lead the rollout of the segment strategy jointly with BancoEstado. Achieve acquisition, growth, usage, and retention objectives for the segment. Manage commercial relationships with key customers and position yourself as a strategic partner. Coordinate commercial deployment with marketing, operations, product, and technology teams. Gather field insights and translate them into business decisions (product, pricing, communication, onboarding). Monitor initiative performance and their impact on results and customer experience. What are we looking for? Education: Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related degree. Experience and Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in segment management and commercial development. Desirable experience in banking, fintech, payment methods, telecommunications, or retail. Desirable knowledge of MiPyme or financial inclusion. Experience in designing value propositions and go\-to\-market models (highly valued). What do we value?
