Coordinate responses to contingencies and emergencies **It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!** Job Description: Ingram Micro Chile is looking for a **Central Monitoring Operator** to join our Security team at our Distribution Center located in Pudahuel. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring security and CCTV systems, supporting access management, centralizing radio communications, and coordinating responses to contingencies or emergencies, actively contributing to the protection of our facilities, employees, visitors, and operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor the closed-circuit television (CCTV) system, identifying and reporting situations that may pose risks or deviations from security protocols. * Support access management, visitor registration, and intercom assistance, ensuring an orderly and secure entry process into the facilities. * Serve as the radio communications hub, receiving field updates and coordinating corrective actions as required. * Activate emergency protocols and maintain timely contact with external agencies when required by the situation. * Promptly report any deviations, incidents, or security-related operational issues to supervision. **Requirements:** * Technical training related to security or equivalent experience. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably as a CCTV operator, monitoring center operator, communications operator, or emergency management specialist. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for information recording. * Knowledge of or familiarity with access control systems, digital intercoms, and radio communications. * Prior experience with Carabineros de Chile, the Armed Forces, or similar institutions is desirable but not mandatory. **We are looking for a person with:** * Strong attention to detail and observational skills. * Clear communication, courteous demeanor, and focus on serving internal and external customers. * Ability to work under pressure and exercise sound judgment during contingency situations. * Responsibility, confidentiality, and strict adherence to security protocols.
