The purpose will be to contribute to efficient, organized, and timely management of R\&S processes. * In this role, you will be essential in supporting the identification, selection, and hiring of talents that meet the requirements of our services. * Your role involves collaborating in managing the recruitment process from job postings to candidate selection, ensuring a positive job search experience for applicants. * Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with internal teams to understand the needs of each position. * Additionally, you must maintain an updated candidate database and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
