Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks). Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Strong planning, organizational, and tracking skills. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace. Basic understanding of software development or QA (not mandatory). Experience working on projects with external clients.
