At Fibra Consultores, we are supporting Megacentro in identifying its next Procurement Analyst, who will report to the Procurement Manager and play a key role in corporate-wide supplier and procurement category management.
We seek someone who not only manages processes but is also capable of analyzing alternatives, negotiating terms, organizing critical information, and driving results in a dynamic and transforming environment.

The Challenge
The candidate will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end procurement lifecycle for assigned categories—from supplier evaluation, qualification, and onboarding through commercial negotiation, contract formalization, and service follow-up.
The focus will be on ensuring operational continuity and identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and improved commercial terms.
Responsibilities and Duties* + Manage the full procurement process for assigned categories.
+ Evaluate, qualify, and onboard new suppliers.
+ Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and efficiencies.
+ Serve as the commercial counterpart to suppliers.
+ Manage purchase orders and ensure process traceability.
+ Coordinate service formalization with internal departments, Legal, and suppliers.
+ Monitor contracts, expirations, renewals, price adjustments, and SLA compliance.
+ Maintain up-to-date supplier information and consolidate services as appropriate.
+ Prepare management reports and KPIs.
+ Propose improvements and support internal and external audits.
Candidate Profile
More than a technical expert, we seek an analytical, organized, and proactive individual with commercial judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
Someone who enjoys—and is skilled at—negotiating, coordinating across multiple departments and suppliers, tracking progress, and autonomously driving initiatives to successful completion.
**Requirements**
* University degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Information and Management Control Engineering, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in procurement, supply chain, supplier management, contracts, analysis, or negotiation.
* Relevant internship experience may also be considered.
* Proficiency in computer tools and willingness to work with platforms and ERP systems.
* Experience with Power BI or SAP MM is considered a plus but is not mandatory.
