Manage teams, resources, and processes. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Plant Manager** to lead and coordinate productive operations, ensuring compliance with production, quality, safety, and efficiency objectives. The role is responsible for managing teams, resources, and processes while driving improvements to maintain stable and competitive operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise daily plant operations, ensuring adherence to the production schedule. * Lead work teams, coordinating shifts, functions, and resources according to operational needs. * Monitor production, productivity, efficiency, quality, waste, and cost indicators. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Risk Prevention departments to ensure operational continuity. * Supervise compliance with safety, quality, and internal plant standards and procedures. * Identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to optimize processes, reduce losses, and increase productivity. * Prepare management reports and track results, deviations, and action plans. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering**, or a related field. * **4 or more years of experience** in productive plants or industrial environments, including supervisory experience. * Experience leading teams and coordinating production operations. * Knowledge of **production planning, process control, and management indicators**. * Proficiency in **Excel and ERP systems**. * Ability to analyze problems, make decisions, and manage priorities. * Leadership, organization, effective communication, and results orientation.
