Main Responsibilities: * Supervise cleaning and driver personnel on-site. * Coordinate shift scheduling, replacements, and service coverage. * Maintain continuous communication with clients and supervisors. * Verify staff attendance, punctuality, and task completion. * Manage operational incidents and provide timely solutions. * Prepare and submit management reports and operational reports. * Conduct workforce planning and assess staffing needs. * Supervise the proper use of machinery, equipment, and personal protective equipment. * Monitor the operational status of machinery and equipment used in services. * Review and approve staff advance payment requests in accordance with company policies. * Monitor performance indicators and service compliance metrics. * Ensure adherence to safety regulations, risk prevention protocols, and internal procedures.
