Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive Occupational Psychologist with a holistic HR perspective to lead recruitment, selection, workplace climate management, and organizational development at a leading dental clinic. Implementation of legal protocols and training The People Management Department of a leading national dental clinic requires an Occupational Psychologist for its People Management area. **Job Mission** We seek a highly energetic, proactive professional with a holistic view of Human Resources, responsible for recruitment and selection processes, technically capable of advising on job profile development and workplace climate improvement. The professional will coordinate and manage the staffing needs of the dental clinic, acting as a facilitator in the relationship between employees and the company. **Main Responsibilities** * **Workplace Climate Management**: Identify workplace climate gaps and propose Organizational Development initiatives that positively impact retention. * **Legal Protocols**: Implement, manage, and train staff on psychosocial risk protocols and procedures related to Law Karin No. 21\.643 and suicide risk prevention in the workplace (Circular No. 3873\). * **Recruitment and Selection**: Manage talent attraction processes, screen candidates, and conduct competency-based psychological interviews. * **Organizational Development**: Collaborate with management teams to develop action plans aimed at improving staff performance and training. * **Internal Communication**: Disseminate benefits, news, and relevant updates to clinic teams, and support the execution of corporate activities. **Requirements** * **Professional Degree**: Licensed Psychologist with specialization in Organizational or Occupational Psychology. * **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection. * **Skills**: Proactivity, problem-solving ability, intermediate Excel proficiency, and planning capability. * **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of administering and scoring projective and psychometric tests. **Benefits** * Complementary health insurance. * Dental service discounts for the employee. * Opportunities for continuous learning. * Breakfast and lunch.
