You will play a key role in business growth, leading initiatives that enhance acquisition, adoption, and usage of payment methods, working closely with customers, industry associations, and internal teams. What will be your challenge? Design, lead, and implement the SME segmentation strategy at Compraquí. Deeply understand the commercial and technical needs of the segment in the field. Analyze merchant behavior to generate actions that drive their growth and development. Promote payment method usage through attractive and sustainable value propositions. Develop strategic relationships with customers, industry associations, and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the rollout of the segment strategy together with BancoEstado. Achieve acquisition, growth, usage, and retention objectives for the segment. Manage commercial relationships with key customers and position yourself as a strategic partner. Coordinate commercial deployment with marketing, operations, product, and technology teams. Gather field insights and translate them into business decisions (product, pricing, communication, onboarding). Monitor initiative performance and their impact on results and customer experience. What are we looking for? Education: Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related degree. Experience and Knowledge: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in segment management and commercial development. Desirable experience in banking, fintech, payment methods, telecommunications, or retail.
