We seek an organized, proactive, solution-oriented, and service-focused individual who enjoys streamlining processes, tracking progress, and maintaining close communication with suppliers and internal clients. **Main Responsibilities** ✓ Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate recording, control, and timely payment to suppliers. ✓ Record and maintain up-to-date records of payments made. ✓ Receive, review, and register supplier invoices. ✓ Monitor financial obligations and payment deadlines. ✓ Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or necessary adjustments. ✓ Respond to supplier inquiries and manage payment statements and related documentation. ✓ Provide support and guidance to internal and external clients on administrative and financial matters. ✓ Handle tasks across multiple companies, adapting to their specific requirements and priorities. **What We Are Looking For** ✓ Degree in Accounting or Auditing. ✓ Up to 5 years of experience in similar roles. ✓ Experience working with small and medium-sized enterprises. ✓ Proficiency in ERP systems. **✓** Advanced Excel skills. ✓ Experience in supplier communication and coordination. ✓ Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and independently complete assigned tasks. ✓ Flexibility, initiative, and focus on internal and external customer service. **Conditions** On-site position, steps away from Tobalaba metro station.
