Participation in technology and optimization projects Industrial Systems Analyst **Company:** Sigran SpA **Location:** Blanco 1210, Valparaíso, Valparaíso Region, Chile **Salary:** CLP 2\.900\.000 per month **Employment Type:** Full-time Job Description Sigran SpA is seeking an **Industrial Systems Analyst** to support the operation, analysis, maintenance, and improvement of technological systems used in industrial processes. The selected candidate will work with operations, engineering, production, and IT teams to ensure system availability, reliability, and efficiency. Responsibilities combine data analysis, system support, technological integration, and continuous improvement—common elements in systems and operational control roles within the Valparaíso Region. Key Responsibilities * Analyze and monitor computer systems used in industrial operations. * Supervise the functionality, availability, and performance of industrial applications and platforms. * Identify technical issues, data inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities. * Investigate and resolve incidents related to systems and technological processes. * Support integration among industrial systems, ERP systems, databases, and enterprise applications. * Manage and analyze operational data to generate reports and key performance indicators. * Participate in system implementation, upgrade, and improvement projects. * Coordinate with IT, production, maintenance, engineering, and operations teams. * Maintain technical documentation, procedures, configurations, and system logs. * Support functional testing, validations, upgrades, and deployment of solutions. * Analyze industrial processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. * Prepare performance reports and present results to supervisors and management. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiency, and reduction of downtime. * Coordinate with technology vendors to resolve issues and maintain operational systems. * Ensure systems and processes comply with internal security and operational continuity policies. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or a related field. * 3\+ years of experience in industrial systems, IT, process analysis, or application support. * Knowledge of databases, SQL, and information analysis. * Experience with ERP systems and enterprise applications. * Understanding of system integration and data transfer. * Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools; Power BI is preferred. * Ability to diagnose technical problems and develop solutions. * Familiarity with industrial processes and continuous improvement methodologies. * Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office proficiency. * Technical English is preferred. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
