Our hotel is one of the city’s most exciting culinary destinations—with an authentic Nikkei dining experience at Matsuri, Italian flavors at Senso, and light snacks and beverages at Atrium Lobby Lounge. **About the Role** The Housekeeping Manager reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper and oversees the Laundry Manager, Team Leaders, Room and Public Areas Supervisors, Runners, Room Attendants, Public Areas Staff, Laundry Assistants, and Seamstresses. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Annual management and updating of departmental manuals, policies, and procedures. * Efficient administration of resources, budgeting, procurement, contracts, and cost control. * Preparation of operational reports and monitoring of departmental performance indicators. * Daily supervision of room and public areas operations, ensuring compliance with cleanliness and quality standards. * Coordination and oversight of facility, equipment, and service area maintenance. * Management and tracking of operational requirements, internal requisitions, and VIP room preparations. * Efficient planning of staffing levels, schedules, and task assignments. * Leadership, supervision, and development of the team, promoting high performance standards. * Participation in recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations. * Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, personal presentation, and professional conduct standards. * Implementation of disciplinary measures and maintaining up-to-date personnel records. * Ongoing coordination and communication with other departments to ensure efficient operations. * Promotion of a guest-centric culture of service excellence. * Effective handling of guest requests, special requirements, and complaint resolution. * Ensuring adherence to corporate, strategic, and service standards of the hotel. * Fostering personal and team professional development through leadership, coaching, and continuous feedback. * Maintaining effective professional relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers. * Ensuring confidentiality of information and alignment of decisions with business objectives. **Our Commitment to You** * Learning and development.
