**Data Analyst** --------------------- We are a company dedicated to developing Loyalty Platforms, e-commerce and Marketing Consulting, as well as supplying catalogs for these stores. As a **Data Analyst**, you will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to support the company’s strategic decision-making. You will work with large volumes of information, building reports, dashboards and insights that improve the efficiency of our operations and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. This search targets an analytical, detail-oriented, results-driven profile with the ability to clearly communicate complex findings to diverse teams. ### **Responsibilities:** * Collect, clean and analyze data from various internal and external sources. * Develop interactive dashboards and reports for commercial, marketing and operations teams. * Generate periodic performance reports (sales, loyalty, campaigns). * Identify patterns, trends and opportunities for improvement based on data. * Support the definition of KPIs and business metrics, ensuring proper tracking. * Automate reporting processes to optimize time and reduce errors. * Collaborate with technology teams to improve data quality and availability. * Present findings and recommendations clearly and understandably to non-technical stakeholders. ### **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or in similar roles. * Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases. * Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio or similar). * Strong advanced Excel skills and basic statistical analysis knowledge. * Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis (desirable). * Ability to transform data into clear, actionable insights. * Communication skills to interact effectively with business units and technical teams. * Attention to detail and ability to organize large volumes of information. ### **What we offer:** * Professional growth opportunities; * Excellent, collaborative and dynamic work environment; * Direct employment contract with the company; * Statutory benefits; * Working hours: Monday to Friday (hybrid model: 3 days per week onsite); * Work location: Metro Bellas Artes; * Complementary health insurance; * Birthday leave
