Job Description We are seeking a **Management Consultant** to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose strategic solutions that strengthen decision-making and business performance. Key Responsibilities * **Organizational analysis**: Evaluate business unit structures, processes, and performance. * **Strategy design**: Propose action plans to improve competitiveness and efficiency. * **Project management**: Coordinate change initiatives and organizational transformation. * **Process optimization**: Implement improvements in productivity and cost reduction. * **Client relationship management**: Maintain effective communication and ongoing advisory support. * **Training**: Train internal teams in management methodologies. * **Executive reporting**: Prepare results reports and strategic recommendations. Requirements * Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in consulting or business management. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM). * Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools. * Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
