Through internal selection processes, we seek to identify top candidates for promotion to other positions, aligning company requirements with employee motivations.*** At the Valdivia Wood Complex, we are seeking to incorporate a **BPT Sawmill Coordinator**, who will be responsible for coordinating finished product dispatches from the Wood Complex, ensuring efficient, safe logistics management aligned with Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety standards, with the purpose of guaranteeing correct product delivery to our customers. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the finished product dispatch process. * Ensure compliance with current regulations related to product transportation. * Manage transportation availability for dispatches to domestic customers and ports. * Coordinate with origin centers regarding cargo reception and distribution according to operational capacity. * Generate and analyze daily logistics management reports. * Supervise the work team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Lead operational follow-up and safety meetings. * Monitor deadlines, resources, and goal achievement. * Promote effective communication among involved departments. * Propose and implement improvements aimed at operational efficiency. **Job Requirements** * University Technical Degree in Administration or Logistics; Forestry Engineering; Industrial Engineering or Logistics Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Technical knowledge of industrial processes. * SAP proficiency. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Data analysis skills. **We invite all employees meeting internal mobility requirements and interested in taking on this professional challenge to apply through the internal channels defined for this process.** We look forward to welcoming you! ***At ARAUCO, we work every day to develop renewable forest products that improve people's lives — a mission that challenges us to build committed, enthusiastic, and creative teams.
