The role aims to enhance the customer experience through excellent product management, personalized service, and achieving sales targets related to makeup, fragrances, hair care, hygiene, and facial/body care brands. **Location:** Antofagasta. **Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 shifts **✅ Main responsibilities:** Selling and advising on beauty and personal care products. Daily restocking and maintaining display cases according to planograms. Supporting commercial campaigns and promotions. Inventory and stock control. Maintaining order and cleanliness at the point of sale. Active communication with internal team members and brand supervisors.
