The role aims to enhance the customer experience through excellent product management, personalized service, and achieving sales targets related to makeup, fragrances, hair care, hygiene, and facial/body care brands. **Location:** Antofagasta. **Schedule:** Rotating shifts 6x1 **✅ Main responsibilities:** Sales and advisory services for beauty and personal care products. Daily restocking and maintenance of displays according to planograms. Support in commercial campaigns and promotions. Stock and inventory control. Organization and cleanliness of the point of sale. Active communication with internal team members and brand supervisors.
