As an **Associate Product Manager**, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of Fingo’s digital initiatives and products—supporting efforts from the discovery phase through operational implementation—to ensure delivery of efficient and scalable financial solutions. **Some of your responsibilities will include:** * Execute discovery processes through user interviews, feedback analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify new market opportunities. * Support backlog consolidation and collaborate on initiative prioritization, ensuring alignment with product strategic objectives. * Draft precise functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide design and development teams. * Manage communication with technical and design teams, proactively identifying risks, blockers, and dependencies to ensure project execution. * Own end-to-end lifecycle management for smaller-scale projects or Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), from idea conception to final delivery. * Monitor and present launch performance to leadership using defined KPIs, proposing evidence-based and data-driven optimizations. * Gather feedback and suggest improvements to our internal processes. **Requirements:** --------------- **What We’re Looking For:** * 0–1 year of professional experience. * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience with AI (Claude), Figma, and/or SQL (preferred). * Proactivity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Basic programming concepts and logic knowledge (preferred).
