In this role, you will be responsible for making a real impact on site performance, contributing to planning and timely execution of Nutritional Conditioning activities. Additionally, you will influence site quality indicators, analyze information, work on improvement projects, and lead a multidisciplinary team to support the execution of distribution center processes. Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading the VAS operational team, allocating tasks and prioritizing conditioning activities according to the plan jointly established with the customer. * Analyzing productivity, capacity, and demand data across various account processes. * Proposing KPIs and improvement plans to meet production targets. * Developing and updating work instructions for processes. * Optimizing line operations by planning processes and proposing efficiency improvements. * Supporting Gembas Go Green, Gembas Safety, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action Management) follow-up, deviation handling, Change Control implementation, and other related activities.
