Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a UI/UX Product Designer to shape our user experience—bridging complex technical requirements with elegant interfaces while championing the user.
Key Highlights:
1. Direct product vision ownership from day one.
2. Growth opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.
3. A coastal-calm environment that inspires creativity and collaboration.
About the Role: La Serena is renowned for its stunning coastal landscape—and at Livad Innovations, we apply that same sense of clarity and purpose to our digital products. We build software that feels intuitive, responsive, and authentically human. We believe great design lies at the heart of every successful product. We’re looking for a UI/UX Product Designer who can help shape our user experience from scratch. You won’t just move pixels—you’ll define how users interact with our ecosystem. You’ll serve as the bridge between complex technical requirements and elegant interfaces, acting as the ultimate advocate for the user.
Why Join Us? The Environment: Based in La Serena, we value a workplace that inspires creativity and collaboration—blending coastal calm with a sharp, modern engineering culture. Design Maturity: We don’t need convincing that design matters—we already know. You’ll have direct input into shaping our product vision from day one. Modern Stack: We work in Figma and design with scalable component libraries, speaking the same language as our development team. Growth: You’ll have opportunities to keep your skills sharp and stay ahead of industry trends within a rapidly evolving tech environment.
Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Design: Lead the product design process—from initial discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and handoff to development. User Research: Don’t guess—validate assumptions through user testing and data analysis to ensure our solutions solve real user problems. Design Systems: Build, maintain, and scale our component library and design tokens to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and engineers to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality user experiences. Advocacy: Clearly present your design rationale to stakeholders, explaining the "why" behind each user flow and interaction.
What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2+ years of professional product (UX/UI) design experience for modern web and mobile applications. Portfolio: A strong portfolio is non-negotiable. We want to see case studies demonstrating your problem-solving process, wireframes, and final solutions. Tools: Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma—including Auto Layout, components, and interactive prototyping. Language Skills: Spanish is required; professional working proficiency in English is a strong advantage for collaborating with global teams and users. Mindset: You’re pragmatic, user-centered, and eager to learn—knowing when to iterate quickly and when to refine for perfection.
Salary: $1\.800\.000 \- $2\.600\.000 per month
Work Location: Hybrid in La Serena, Coquimbo
